Geeklog Forums

I'm running the current version of Geeklog on my site: http://www.cinegaphic.net and the basic search isn't working--the button doesn't seem to be connected to anything, but advanced search does work. I'm at a complete loss for why its doing this since I don't get any error messages or anything like that. Since I'm a newby to php I really need Help! with this.

What theme? What's the URL? Any custom plugins?

The theme is a custom one that I put together.

The only plug-ins running are the static pages one and the Forum. Everything seemed to be working until a few days ago.
