I was futzing with user/group permissions and now I can't even access my site (instead of the index.php, I get a SQL Error, check your error.log)

This is what the log says:

Fri May 28 14:46:33 2004 - 1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1. SQL in question: SELECT DISTINCT ft_name FROM gl_access,gl_features WHERE ft_id = acc_ft_id AND acc_grp_id IN ()

I searched through the forums on this topic, and I think this post has the solution. Unfortunately, I can't log into my site to make the changes he discusses through the Groups admin control panel... I can't even get to the index page. Can this be done through PhpMyAdmin? can anyone walk me thru it??
