I was curious if anyone has seen a plugin for allowing users to control the order of their blocks. IE Having the initial setup of blocks by admins as the default order and selection, but allowing users to visit a similar block sorting page to turn on/off the blocks and set their own priorities and orders. This would also have to have restrictions on blocks you would want to override user settings and keep in place no matter what the user selected.
