Server has ini_set disabled !
Hello,
Recently my hosting provider has disabled the use of these two PHP Functions, which are core GL functions:
ini_set +
mysql_list_dbs
How do I work around this, none of my GL sites work now.

Geeklog doesn't use mysql_list_dbs, so that shouldn't be a problem.
The ini_set is only used to set the path to the PEAR packages that ship with Geeklog. If you server already has PEAR installed (usually as of PHP 4.3.0), simply set
$_CONF['have_pear'] = true;
in your config.php and everything should be working again.
