I have never been a huge fan of the file manager type plug ins that php based CMS sites implement. They typically don't get proper descriptions, force you to jump through too many hoops, and turn into a unnavigable mess when looking for one specific file.
They have their place in the world mind you, but I am looking to implement other options.
I have a rather large collection of files. I have them all organized quite meticulously via folders and .rar files. I would like to be able to view them from within GL. Seems to be a pretty easy thing to do.
Find a php script that does directory listing, and plug it into a static page right?
Wrong.
I have tried 3 php scripts found on the web and they all error out when I plug em into a static page.
Does anybody else list data the same way and have any suggestions?
