Customizing Menu Items

I just installed Geeklog with the Forum plugin and with Gallery.
The Forum menu item appears on my menu with a capital "F" whereas the rest of the menu items are all lowercase. I would like to correct this but have not been able to track down where these item values are stored. Similarly I would like to add the gallery to the menu and suspect that I need to modify the same set of data.
Anyone, where do these menu items live?
