The top link in my Topics block, is Home which goes to my site / index.php. Instead I would like it to go to the root of the domain if possible. And I would like to change it to "AntiSource Home" instead of just Home.

As all variables it sits in the lib-common.
Try searching for home_link then edit it and trim the index.php.

This on the other hand can be either hardcoded in a header.thtml (change it in the header) or in laguage file (change it there).

You can HIDE the home link in your topics list as follows:

Open config.php and look for
Text Formatted Code
$_CONF['hide_home_link'] = 0;

change the value to 1

I like having a home link - I just want to get rid of index.php since Google is already caching the exact same thing for the domain root. But if I get into the code to do that, I'm afraid that it's going to get rid of index.php for the rest of the dynamic links.
