Any uploader that i can put into the forums new post/post reply screens? I want users to be able to upload files like pictures into their posts as they post int he forums that way they don't have to hotlink the image from elsewhere... got any advive?

I am looking for something that is much like the one used on www.nonnudegirls.org

Any one know this?
