Trying to mod a blockheader

I am tinkering with the pfarm theme. The cool effects behind the "Topics" would go great behind my menu items on the menu plugin.
I know that "section_blockheader.html" does the effect. What I don't know is how to get the menu block to do the effect, but not the "Topics" or any other block.
HELP!!

Just put this in the themes functions.php file in the layout:
Where BLOCK_NAME is the name of the block you want to use.
