plg menu items appearing on static pages... why?

Take a look at this page:
http://www.meriawaz.com/staticpages/index.php?page=associations
At the VERY top of the page, it seems like the plg menu itmes are listed...
How do I get those menu items out of there?
When you go to this page: http://www.meriawaz.com/staticpages/index.php the plg menu items don't appear then???
