Won't INstall

Ok look I have everything uploaded and I get to the install page I go through the first step, but then nothing shows up in the second step! It shows a page cannot be dispalyed, I click refresh and I am back at step 1!

hi what opperating system( ie linux,windows,mac) and server( apache, win iis ... ) are you using .
