Using the GL Block Admin -> Add the block so it will be displayed. The following are a few notes:
Block Title: What you want to see as the title on the displayed block. I use "Random Photo"
Block Name: unique name used to reference this block by GL
Block Type: PHP Block

PHP Block Options
- Define the Block Function name here
- This is the name of the function in lib-custom.
- As noted above in step 3, this is "phpblock_GalleryRandomPhoto"
- Note, you do not need to add the brackets, just the name
- Change the default access (allowable groups or users) if desired
