Theme/forum loading error

Hi,
Can I just remove the themes that I do not want, so that I do not have to add forum to all of them to make the below error go away?
Template Error: set_root: /home/powerlin/public_html/newsletter/layout/Smooth_Blue/forum/layout is not a directory.

yes, but copying a directory is just as easy as deleting one.
