Problem with RSS, RDF, XML Feed

I'm getting this error with any and every feed I try. I have tried the advice listed in these threads (same error message) but I still have the problem.

Which error? And do you have allow_url_fopen 'on' or not?

I took it up with my host and got it figured out.
