hello,
i've got a problem:
on the full-article-view-site there is the "send story, print-version"-et cetera Block on the right ... i want to have this options under the "comentbar" ... how can i take it there!? ... please can anybody help me???

Change the article/article.thtml template file accordingly.
You'll see a {commentbar} variable in there as well as {whats_related_story_options}. The latter can be separated into 2 variables, {whats_related} and {story_options}, if you want to arrange the two blocks next to each other.
