Is there anyway to be able to set the default theme[the one all the users see upon visiting my site]? and disable there ability to change themes?

there is a default setting in your config.php
$_CONF['theme'] = 'Xsilver'; // default theme

and this one as well
$_CONF['allow_user_themes'] = 1;

set to zero to disable their ability to change themes

$_CONF['theme'] = 'XSilver'; // default theme

// optional settings (1 = on, 0 = off)
$_CONF['allow_user_themes'] = 1;

Hi, how do you change/edit config.php? or How to change the name of the theme on the config.php. I tried it with Netscape editor to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the config.php file is on your computer, you can edit it with notepad. To change the name of the theme, enter the theme name into config.php where is says $_CONF['theme'] = 'Xsilver'; // default theme
