Forum Display Problem

I set up a 'custom' user called 'hamclass' for my Geeklog website. I then set up a forum that I want 'private' so that only the 'hamclass' users can see/access it. I've got this working just fine.

However, when anyone else goes to the forum 'page' (other than someone who is designated as a 'hamclass' user), the screen is 'messed up'. It's hard to describe what it looks like, but basically, the forum 'page' is squeezed to the right and there are a bunch of vertical lines in left side of the 'center' section of the screen.

Here's the website where this is occuring:

http://www.hamradiocenter.com/forum/index.php

The screen display looks perfectly normal, if a user is set up as a 'hamclass' user. Anyone else sees the 'messed up' screen.

Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

Sorry. I wasn't sure that anyone who might be able to help, would be reading both sites.
