something new

I think what I have is a path problem on my webserver.

Please be gentle as I am learning little by little.

/var/geeklog/public_html/images/articles

The above path has the images.

/var/www/html

is the path where the geeklog index.php resides and there is a /var/www/html/images/articles that has no images loaded there.

I feel like I have possible screwed up my install pathing somehow.

If you have any words of wisdom for this complete screw up feel free to share them.

My webserver tells me to place my index.html(or php) file in the /var/www/html directory.

The /var/geeklog/public_html/ directory seems to be where I need to be starting from.

Move all the files and directories from Geeklog's public_html into your /var/www/html directory (retaining the directory structure, of course), then change config.php so that you have

$_CONF['path_html'] = '/var/www/html/';

bye, Dirk
