forum question: forum only displays 5 posts per page..

I installed my forum and unfortunately it's only displaying 5 posts per page.. i went into the forum settings and set it so that it would do 15 posts per page but it is not taking effect.. the settings are updated..

5 posts per page seems extremely small and annoying..

any ideas how to fix this? latest forum on the latest geeklog install..
