HTML / Text Formatting in Stories

I'm trying to use some basic formatting HTML in my stories...

I do not see for example... Ho wdo other poeple do this type of text formatting? Can you use for example???

As a user with admin rights you can always edit stories of other users. Then you can see the kind of formatting they used.
