'Admins Only' Menu-> 'Filemgmt Admin' -> Configuration Settings set these options:

Enable Logged-In Users access: Yes
If logged in Users is set to use but Anonymous is set to no only Logged in can access downloads.

Enable Anonymous access: Yes
If Anonymous is set to yes, EVERYONE can access downloads.


My suggestion is that when you install a plugin to read the read me and install files throughly. All of this is covered there. (Not ragged on you btw I did it last week on one hehe in fact it was on Dirk's Forum Plugin hehe)
