[Forum] Allow mods to post in locked threads

Is there a hack that could allow this easier? Having to unlock, post, relock a thread is kind of a pain.

I'm just going preparing a new release and have added this feature. Forum 2.3.2 will be out shortly for testing.

Blaine I updated to 2.3.2 (by uploading the new versions of the changed files in changelog) and I don't get the post reply button in locked topics for admin still. I'm not sure if this is just me or a bug.

If you have the latest include/gf_showtopic.php, updated language file and edit rights to the forum - you should see the new permssions. Assuming the post is locked.
