Well, what did you see in the source? In case of a frameset, it's usually just a few HTML elements, many of which contain the word "FRAME". Otherwise, you should see lots of HTML for the blocks, etc. of Geeklog.

Okay, assuming it's about the site in your profile: That site has 2 HTML head sections. The first one is responsible for the "Untitled document", and the second one is Geeklog's.
Did you edit header.thtml with some WYSIWYG HTML editor (like Dreamweaver, GoLive, etc.)? Those often add HTML on their own.
If you did, open header.thtml in a text editor and remove the first few lines (everything up until the second DOCTYPE line).
