My webhosting service did an auto install of GL 1.3.9sr1, the first block i tried to add was mycal and i got the following error, when i added the script to lib-custom.php:

or search for "headers already sent"

lots of previous posts on this one. You may have added whitespace or an extra line after the php closing tag in your lib-custom.php... or something like that
