Multilang. FAQ 2.0 RC1 released!

This is the release candidate 1 for Version 2.0.
This version adds two-dimensional Topics (Tree) and Q&A display on a new screen instead of inside the topic lists.
Also, each question is showing the current position in the hierarchy.
This install might have bugs. If you encounter problems, please tell me ASAP, as well as with the upgrade as with the install/usage.
This release features an Upgrade function! If you had 1.0 installed, please just delete the old files, install the new ones and run /admin/plugins/multifaq/install.php to upgrade the database!
