Chatterblock problems?

I'm getting this error when I try and save admin settings... I searched the archives but I didn't find anything that matched.... anyone have any ideas? The permissions are set correctly, so I'm at a lost.

It must be perms or else the file is not there. Ensure you have correct access on the directory as well. Eliminate perms by using a setting of 777 or full write perms and then you can set it back to see what the min required is.

Depending on where your site is running - some hosted environments require you to set it at 777.

Also sometimes you can not trust the webtool or FTP client is showing you the real permission settings. Use an alternative tool or method to verify if you can.
