I'm a little confused about what's going on...it's probably a really elementary solution, but those seem to be the ones i'm worst at.

I'm trying to publish stories on my site. They appear under the "Stories" link of the "Admins Only" block; but they don't appear under the "Topics" block. How do I get these stories to actually appear on the published site, so my visitors can actually read them?

Could be several things ...

• Check the date. Stories with a date in the future will not be visible before that date.
  
• Make sure you don't have the "draft" flag set (it's an option in the story editor)
  
• Check the permissions
