Problem @ http://www.clusterweb.be
The menu is not showing up for unregistered users no matter what I try.
As you can see in this screenshot @ http://www.clusterweb.be/screenshot1.jpg the "menu" block is enabled. Screenshot 2 http://www.clusterweb.be/screenshot2.jpg shows you that the block is enabled for all users.

The menu is defined as in screenshot3 http://www.clusterweb.be/screenshot3.jpg
@http://www.clusterweb.be/screenshot4.jpg you can see the menu is not showing up when logged out.
Weird is that in my settings the "menu" block isn't bold, so that means that it won't be visible by standard.

Can anyone help me?

Since this is about the Menu plugin, have you check the plugin's homepage?
