Hello. I had geeklog installed for me and then transferred from one site to another and then upgraded...

I see no config.php file and I have looked in every nook and cranny in the cpanel.

Is there possible it has another name? Could the person who moved it have changed it? OR do I just need to look under a rock I have not turned?

Does your site work? If yes then there's gotta be config.php. Try using FTP to check or edit lib-common.php and check what the location of your config.php is.
