Quick question about GL and posting apps

I know that some of the more popular blogs software (not judging GL at all) have apps that run under windows or mac that allows you to post to the blog without going to the website and doing such. Is there such an app for GL? It would be nice when I am at work to be able to compose it without going to the website (therefore being logged into the system as surfing that webpage for long periods of time).
