New User Registration - Email fails

Using 1.3.9sr1, Apache2, PHP5 and MySQL

When logged on with Admin privileges I am able to send email.

However when a new user wants to register and enters a user name and email address and then registers I get the following error message

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class mail_rfc822 in e:ServergeeklogsystempearMailRFC822.php on line 60

Any help appreciated

More on the attached post...

The path contains backslashes in the pathname which for some reason are not shown when pasting from notepad to the post.

I have resolved my problem!

I had a typo in lib-common.php where the require_once pathname was missing a slash.
