For some reason I can't seem to edit things or act as the root user, even though I am the admin so I want to check to see if my uid is part of the root gid. please let me know which table this is in and how it is layed out because i can't seem to figure it out.

never mind, you can delete this, i finally figured out the structure layout but tha wasn't the problem. if you truly don't have global_variables on in your php.ini it totally screws geeklog up. It has been noted that good programming practices should keep you from using global variables as smuch as possible, i hope geeklog devs keep that in mind when doing 2.0

* sigh * Isn't it a security risk to have register_globals=on?
