Hi. I hope you can help.

I think I installed everything <i>correctly</i> but I have a few questions???

First, the config.php file goes outside of the public_html? If so, I did this correctly.

Second, when you upload the public_html files you do not create a subdirectory named "geeklog" under your webservers public_html. i didn't because the installation says to to "just copy everything form one public_html to the other".

Thirdly, Me host is 123ehost. I have created a mysql database, named it and created a user. Do I need to do anything else?

Fourth, assuming the config file is in the right place (outside the public_html) then my path should look something like this 'home/tencap/config.php/' I think I'm missing something here.... but I called 123ehost and they told me that should work?

Fitfh, I think I chmod everything correctly and I truthfully don't have any idea what my path is in lib-common.php. I am a bit confused. This is what my site is currently preaching now http://www.tencap.net Cry

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Did you run the install script?

Yes, you're missing a slash at the beginning - it should be /home/...

That's probably your main problem. The rest looks fine, as far as I can tell from here.

bye, Dirk
