I'm looking for a way to put Previous Story/Next Story links at the top of individual stories. Have been through the documentation looking for a variable that will permit this, can't find one.
Has anyone managed to this, and if so, how.
Many thanks.

not sure what you are asking for... do you wish to divide long stories into multiple pages?
or do you wish to place the google-like paging, which occurs at the bottom of story pages, also at the top?

Neither. I want to have two links beneath the title of each story, that would look sort of like {{Previous Story: Bogged Down | Next Story: Caught Up}}
Could do this with both Greylog and Blogger, and it was a nice feature. It allowed people to just click through the articles one at a time without ever having to refer back to the main page or the index.

so you mean just like the back and forward arrows at the top right of this page for the forum posts... i see.
hmmmm... but aren't stories all on the index page anyway? easier to scroll down? I must be missing something..
anyway, there is nothing like that built in AFAIK, maybe take a look at how blaine works his, here for the forum, and go from there. It shouldn't be very difficult I think. If I'm still on the wrong track, sorry.

That Next link with the little arrows up there is exactly what I want to do. Does anyone know the set of variables that lets you do that?

Cannot find ANYTHING that will let me allow readers to move through the articles one at a time.
So how do I repeat those Google-type paging links at the top of the page as well as at the bottom?
Thanks for any help.
