page Resizing

If you view my site with another screen resolution, it pushes everything together, and creates new lines, etc. This is not desirable, and I was wondering if there was a way to make geeklog draw the page at one resolution, and if the user's settings were anything other than what I developed with, use side scroll bars, etc. The other option would be to develop using low res so that even on high res, the layout works.
At any rate, is there a way to make geeklog draw the pages all the same way regardless of screen resolution?
Thanks in advance!

perhaps use a theme that sets a fixed width. for example, XSilver uses a fixed width.
It shouldn't be difficult to modify other themes to employ a fixed width if you are not into XSilver.
just need to fix the outermost table (you may need to create that table or div depending on your theme) to a particular width and/or minwidth and use a default background color to prettyup the side space created.
