Keep getting logged out

I have set my cookies in the config.php to last for a year, and still I have to log back in after some time. I think I finally have it narrowed down to as why - if I log in at a different machine, I think geeklog is checking my location and expiring the cookie at the other machine.

Okay I see that now...

Any way I can force 1 month as a default for all users?

Set $_CONF['default_perm_cookie_timeout'] accordingly.

Although I would generally recommend a shorter timespan for security reasons.
