Unable to edite topic name - creates new topic instead

I installed the new version of GL onto a new site host. I cannot edit a topic name. I went to rename a topic and instead of renaming it when I hit the "save" button, it creates a whole new topic.

That's a long-standing bug. And it's not as easy to fix as it first sounds, since the topic ID would have to be updated in quite a few places (including any plugins that may refer to it, so we even need a new plugin API function for it). It's not exactly a high-priority item ...

Ah, ok, glad you are aware of it. Smile I don't have this problem on the version of GL I'm using on a different site, so didn't know this was an old thing. I think I've got a work around so it's not a huge deal in the meantime.
