Is there a different download for geeklog for windows I can't open the tar file under windows?

I got it to work i had to change the file extention from tar.tar to tar.gz......

the download file is tar.gz to begin with. and would only change if you changed it in the "save to" dialogue box.

it's win tarball and i have been using it for 3 years --without a single problem
