How can i add more custom fields for:

Full Name
Address
City, State, Zip Code
Home Phone
Cell Phone

I've used this as a template to add custom fields to the registration/profile editor pages, as well as the profile display pages. I believe it was developed for an older version of GL, but with a little hacking, I was able to make it work on my site.
