filemgmt error in 1.3.10-rc2

I've installed the plugin at freematrix.randomvoids.com but if you look at the top I get this error:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started
at /var/www/freematrix.randomvoids.com/config/plugins/filemgmt/functions.inc:2)
in /var/www/freematrix.randomvoids.com/htdocs/lib-common.php(935) : eval()'d code on line 1
what did i do wrong to get that? and how should i fix it?
