how do you do this?

I uploaded everything to the sudomain i want it in and i want to rename the public_html file to geeklog. I tried everything i can think of and I edited the config file but i keep geeting this error:

can someone please help me?

include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php' ?

this does not look like windows to me!
