Hello all!
I´m from Argentina, I´ve installed Geeklog a few hours ago , and I have a few newbie questions that probably are very easy to all of you
1. Can I disable the Poll function and Site Stats function?
2. Is possible to create users manually? (and "only" manually? avoiding the automatically system?).
3. Can I set Geeklog to ask for permission before users posting? (articles and comments).
4. Did anyone of you experienced some trouble with images with the Axonz v3.4-Red Theme? (topic images do not appear).
Thanks all of you for your time and patience!!

No, but you can hide the options from the menu. See How do I change the menu?

You can hide the registration link. Search the forum, various solutions to this have been discussed before ...

By default, articles have to be approved by an Admin anyway. Comments are always posted directly, they can not be moderated.

One las question Is there a way to change the "My account" menu?
In example, I´ve installed the Classfields plugin, but I don´t want to give users the possibility to submit a classfield by their own. I want only the admin to do that.
Is there a way?
I´ve checked the header.thtml file, but didn´t find the way to do so.
Thanks for your help guys!!

Hello again!
I already searched this forum, and did not find the answer that I was looking for.
I already installed the menu plugin, and finally tried to manually modify the "My Account" menu... unsuccessfully.
How can I change it?
In Example, I tried to edit the leftblocks.thtml file and found that it only content is:
<td id="leftblocks">{geeklog_blocks}</td>
Where can I find the "geeklog_blocks"?
Thanks in advance for all your time -patience!- and help!!
Ana
Note: As I´m working with the spanish.php file, I guess that the english name is "My Account", but could it be "User Functions" instead

Not really. Some of the links (like Account Information and Logout) are hard-coded into Geeklog and the others are provided by plugins.
You could remove the function that adds the link from the plugin, but that wouldn't stop anyone who happens to know the link from typing it into the browser directly.
This is something that should be configurable in the plugins. Try contacting the author.
bye, Dirk
