Installed quite easily. Works well. But, stuck on these three issues.
1 - Email story works as advertised. But, I want to change the default language that comes in the Email. Where do I find this?
2 - Date. I know others have had issues. I'm on Easter Daylight Savings. Is there a quick and dirty fix for this?
3 - Comment. When I comment to a comment it just throws back to the original story page. Fix?
Thanks. Great program. Nicely documented and delivers the goods. Cheers.

Thanks for the quick reply on the issues. I found the email block to change the message. Really nice coding. I was in there, but, sooooooooo long missed it the first time. Oh well. Fixed now. As for the date, just dropped a script in instead of playing with it. Just don't have the patience right now. Works for me. As for the last issue, still wondering. Maybe I should upgrade. Thanks again for the help. I'll wait out number three.

Is this the professional theme for 1.3.9 or did you use the one that comes with the 1.3.10 release candidates? Have you tried one of the 1.3.9 stock themes?
My guess is that some of the parameters needed for the comment posting are not passed properly. Since there were a few changes in the comment engine in the last few versions, it's important that the theme matches the Geeklog version you're using.
bye, Dirk

Thanks. I am quite sure that I loaded the professional from the original zip. Now, I did notice something. Threaded requires a click on a link (I don't think that obvious) to get the subsequent comment although you can change in user preference to flat which is all laid out. So, that is what I changed it to. ---------- what file would allow you to make that a default? -------------- OK fixed in Classic. I have to check Professional although I also noticed that Professional CSS does not keep text size samo-samo on browser change although Classic does? Any insight there? Cheers.

In the config file is a setting for the comments layout.
// Comment Settings
$_CONF['commentspeedlimit'] = 45;
$_CONF['comment_limit'] = 100; // Default Number of Comments under Story
$_CONF['comment_mode'] = 'nested'; // Default Comment Mode; from 'threaded','nested','nocomments',and 'flat'
Text Formatted Code
// Comment Settings
$_CONF['commentspeedlimit'] = 45;
$_CONF['comment_limit'] = 100; // Default Number of Comments under Story
$_CONF['comment_mode'] = 'nested'; // Default Comment Mode; from 'threaded','nested','nocomments',and 'flat'
