Geeklog Forums

Hi all, I really want to install geeklog. I have installed PHPBB so I can do somethings. I have made a lot of mistakes and spent at least 10 hours doing this. I have wiped the files three times, Not used winzip or frontpage and I still keep getting errors. Plus each time I have to create a new mysql database.

Are there any simple tutorials besides the standard instructions? Or past posts that go into idiot details? Many thanks. I think I am too coded out to try again yet my website is just sitting there empty at the moment (except for the geeklog files). FYI My hosting is at godaddy.com if that makes any difference.

Try this page in the Wiki. It has a picture that may make things clearer and also has a link (near the bottom of the page) to installation instructions written by someone else.
