I have a question about running multiple sites using one code base as described here.
One of the first instructions is to link the folders with the command ln -s. Is this a telnet command? I'm a novice, but I've managed to get most everything working smoothly on the site I am working on and this is throwing me.
The problem is that I do not have telnet access to my server, only ftp. Is there way to link folders in ftp programs? There is a 'custom command' option in my ftp program (Core ftp lite). Is this where I need to type this command? I assume the folders HAVE to be linked?
