Translating dates in "clean" theme

I have my lenguage settings to spanish and the locale to es_es but in spite of that, the date in the main page of the "clean" theme appears in English. How do I translate it to Spanish? Thanks in advance.

I solved it by changing the config.php. I writed
locale: es_ES
instead of es-ES
