Getting "No input file specified." when new users try to register

I just upgraded http://www.intotheflame.com/ to 1.3.10 last night. There is one major problem that has me scratching my head... upon upgrading, the new user registration has been broken completely.

When site visitors click on "New User," they get a blank page with:

No input file specified.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Found the problem... I changed all references to "users" in the language file to "Members" because I prefer my registered users to be known as members... it changed the "New Member" link to /Members.php?mode=new instead of /users.php?mode=new.
