How to install gallery plugin to geeklog?

It's fairly simply actually, just get geeklog up and running, and run the install of gallery like the gallery docs say. During the process, you'll be asked if it's embedded and if so, what is doing the embedding - just tell it geeklog and point it to your GL dirs/files and your good to go. It knows geeklog.

When you point Gallery to your Geeklog files, which directory do you point it to? The base? The plugins? The admin/plugins?
Geeklog doesn't see my Gallery installation. When I go to the plugins menu, it only lists spamx and staticpages. How do I make Gallery and Geeklog see each other?

Gallery is not a plugin (i.e. doesn't use Geeklog's plugin API) and therefore doesn't show up in the list of installed plugins.
And Gallery needs to be pointed to the directory where lib-common.php is located.
bye, Dirk

I just did this, with NetPBM. You can use either NetPBM or ImageMagick with Gallery, and I believe ImageMagick works like NetPBM, as far as directory structure.
NetPBM was extremely simple, following Forum's directions, I simply unzipped the package to a directory that could be executed. So I end with:
....../southparkcity.com/geeklog
....../southparkcity.com/htdocs
....../southparkcity.com/netpbm
And I tell Gallery in configuration where netpbm lives.
