First of all, if you have problems with Gallery itself, then the Gallery homepage is the better place to look for help. They have an excellent FAQ, for example.

I think you need one of the two to use Gallery.

If you think that Gallery is too complex for you, another, much simpler, gallery script is MIG which also has the Geeklog integration built-in.

k i has find that problems m8s Smile but pff 1 error... cant upload images to site "cant create thumbnail" any help?

i use ImageMagick because it works better with gallery ( my own exp.)
one of the two MUST BE INSTALLED
i put imagemagick in the gallery base dir and have had no problems
