Website formatted to fit screen?!?!

HELP!
I've gathered that many people have their screen resolution set at 800 by 600 pixels. Some though are set at 1024 by 768 and more! Currently our site (www.thehook.fm) adjusts to what the user uses. How can I get our site to STAY at 800 by 600. You know, and if others are using 1024 by 768, than it would center or have extra room to the right. I've visited sites where the site either centered with extra room to the left and right, or it was to the left with extra room to the right. Any ideas? I'm running in to problems designing with 800 by 600 to then notice it all messed up when you view it at 1024 by 768! PLEASE E-MAIL ME AT pk@agodthing.fm with help!

There is probably some JavaScript solution for this, but I would strongly advise against it. There's a reason why I made my browser windows that wide and changing that is a sure way to p*ss your visitors off.
Websites should adjust to the size of the browser window, not the other way around.
bye, Dirk

I know on some of the themes I have changed the width in some areas from a set 720 or 680 to 100% or 90% depending. I don't know about most people but I try to do all my sites to 800 x 600 and give them the ability to adjust their browser window. And I always work in a window that is not in full screen. I used to do my websites at 640 x 480 and I still know people who use that resolution but don't do that anymore.

My site doesn't adjust to the viewers browser. How can I make it do that?
